My journey with Terri has been nothing short of amazing. Over the last 12 months Terri has supported me, encouraged me and motivated me to achieve my objective.
My initial objective was to reverse my type 2 diabetes. Terri’s knowledge in all aspects of health, Nutrition And life coaching has enabled me to achieve this and more.
Within three months we had managed to reverse my type 2 diabetes following the implementation of a ketogenic diet. This was continued for an additional 3 months and additional test to confirmed that I was still no longer type 2 Diabetic.
During the last 12 months my weight has also reduced from 266lb to 189lb.
I feel not only from a physical and medication perspective but also from a mental health perspective. I have a far more positive outlook on life and feel like a new person. Without Terri I honestly believe this would never have been achieved. Over the last 12 months people have asked me how I have managed to achieve what I have in the time scale (12 months). My answer to them is quite simple, “my friend and life coach has enabled me to achieve this”.
I can honestly say without Terri's help and support I would not be in the position I am now. For the last 6 months I have continued following Terri's initial and ongoing advice and guidance, and this has enabled me to not only maintain but even still continue to improve upon what I had already achieved.
Quite simply Terri is amazing. I now say to myself what I have achieved (through Terri’s knowledge and advice) has been quite simple If you know what you can and what you can't do.
You do have to be self-motivated and you do have to be strict and continue through the tough times but that is always easier if you know that there is somebody there supporting you.
Without the knowledge it is incredibly hard If not impossible to change what you have always done but I feel that the knowledge that Terri has given me has enabled me to change my life for good.
What I have experienced with Terri isn't simply a diet or short term “fad”, but a complete lifestyle change and I will forever be thankful to Terri. I will continue this for the rest of my life as this is now the “norm” to me now. I not only can feel all the benefits but see all the benefits. The one regret I do have is that I didn't know Terri 20 years ago and made this lifestyle change back then. The one bit of advice I would give to anybody if they do want to make a lifestyle change or improve their health and that is quite simply start now, and Terri is the person to help this happen.

"After 20 yrs of instinctive training and diet I had achieved some fantastic strength and a vast improvement in lean mass, however a recent diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and some underlying previous health conditions forced me to address the issue of a balanced diet with correct proportionate macros from the best foods available, so I asked Terri for some advice.
My goal as I mentioned was to maintain and retain my strength and lean mass but lose some of the excess fat without feeling like I had to endure extreme deprivation/hunger. Terri drew up a plan having analysed my daily diet (I was honest) and included/replaced certain foods with others which we'd discussed i liked to eat and structured a simple daily plan that was easy to follow that I could prepare in advance and cover my whole days nutritional requirements.
I wasn't going to reduce the intensity of my training but I needed the correct advise to remain strong and get leaner without feeling deprived.
Just year later I am 24 lbs lighter and stronger than ever, the finite attention to nutritional detail is pivotal in obtaining your goals, I am grateful for the insight and detail in which I was given direction, the variation in foods to keep it interesting really helped and I'm not afraid to.mention that after all my time training and learning about nutrition and supplementation I can honestly say I was both impressed and surprised at how knowledgeable Terri is in this field. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thanks Terri (superwoman) x"

In February 2016, I returned from a family wedding in Thailand, after all, the Christmas celebration followed by a wedding and two-week holiday, It was pointed out to me that I had put on some weight!
When I got on the scales I was shocked to find that I had managed to put on three stone and was now weighing in at fifteen and a half stone, which was the heaviest I had ever been and as someone who had normally kept reasonably fit and ate a healthy, fresh, home-cooked diet, I set about getting the three stone back off but I also decided that I wanted to get fit again.
So off I went, I started to go to the gym for forty-five-minute, rigorous workouts, every morning before work and of course, I did what people usually do in my situation, I cut my eating down until I was starving myself. After four weeks of sticking to the letter of my new regime, I was feeling very virtuous and convinced that the weight would be falling off, so imagine my disappointment and despondency when the scales had hardly moved at all, despite all my hard work, what could I be doing wrong?
Luckily for me, I have a family association with Terri and knew that she was knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise so I decided to seek advice. We sat down together and I discussed what I was doing exercise wise and I listed my current diet and eating plan, along with my target aspirations and disappointment in not having made much progress.
Terri enthusiastically listened, she weighed me and checked on various body statistics, some that I had never heard of our given consideration too. We discovered that I was quite dehydrated and that I was under-eating, yes under-eating by quite a margin!
The next day, Terri emailed me over a full report on my current statistics, along with a full plan and breakdown of what I needed to do to enact the changes I was hoping for, I found this extremely useful and used it as a map to guide me. Even though to me it seemed that I was now eating too many meals and too much food, I stuck to the plan. There were many great food suggestions and even recipes for me to try, if I wanted to but importantly I was also able to make sensible changes to suit my taste requirements, as long as I stuck to the parameters of the plan, it was fine.
After four weeks I returned to see Terri and again we took my weight and statistics, we were then able to see clearly what was or was not working for me and again, Terri, sent me a full report with the plan tweaked to address the parts that had not given the results we had hoped for and this exercise we repeated on an ongoing monthly, basis.
While I never saw this approach as a quick fix, I was rewarded with not only seeing the changes in my weight but also, visible, physical changes to my entire body, quite quickly. I lost five inches off my waist and did eventually reach my weight and fitness targets.
Not only did Terri’s knowledge and enthusiasm help me to achieve my targets but it also encouraged me to build a new lifestyle and now three years on, I do still have small fluctuations in weight (Christmas etc), I have fundamentally kept myself fit and healthy and having just had a full medical at my doctor's, I at the ripe old age of fifty-seven I enjoy much better health and fitness levels than I did at Forty.
I would encourage anyone who wants to make serious changes to their health and fitness to seriously consider using the services of Terri, her understanding of how the body works and how to get the best out of your food and exercise are in my opinion, second to none but putting that aside, just having the enthusiasm, support, professionalism and inspiration that Terri brings, is immeasurable and I can not recommend her services highly enough, to anyone who truly wants to make life and health improvements, Terri is an Inspiration and inspirational.
